Who Are Kinetik Fitness?
Sarah & Ali are a husband and wife team with over 18 years experience in the fitness industry collectively. In January of 2017 they launched Kinetik Fitness which is a state of the art wellness facility based in the heart of the city centre on Bottle Lane.
Their mission is to inspire busy people to take control of their health and lifestyle. They do this through their holistic approach to coaching. This allows their clients to transform their training, nutrition and mindset.

What Gym Facilities are on Offer?
They have a large and varied selection of cardio equipment. A large, functional Spartan Training Rig. Fully kitted out free weights are and other equipment such as a track & sled, Jacobs Ladder, Ski Erg and much more!
